 About Our Council
Charlebois Council #2704, founded on December 2, 1928, is named after Bishop Ovid Charlebois, the first Bishop of Keewatin-Le Pas diocese and an early Oblate missionary in northern Manitoba.

Charlebois Council works with Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic and Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic parishes in The Pas, providing funds for various projects. Council members are active participants in these Parishes.
