Grand Knight's Report
The GK Ken Kelly reported:
a)     The Nativity scene will be removed on Sat., Jan 14 with the help of some Knights.
b)     A family Christmas party was held on December 18 after mass. Knights helped the
        CWL to operate this.
c)     Items discussed at the recent Parish Council were presented. The advisability of a
Parish Council suggestion to put name plates on the wall under some of the stained
glass windows to honour donors was questioned as a plaque is already on display in
the cathedral with the donor names, donors are also noted in the stained glass
window pamphlet and on the KC website's window descriptions, not all windows can
have a plaque under them due to their location so some donors would be left out,
some windows had multiple donors and a larger name plate would be needed.
The Council was also advised that all donors have been presented with a framed
memento of their window and were satisfied with the manner in which their donation
       was honoured.

d)
For a Guy Hall rental to accommodate the Fri., Feb 17 Calm Air Luncheon,
volunteers are needed to set up the Guy Hall after the pancake breakfast. Bros. Vaughn
and Richard agreed to assist but more help is needed.

Chaplain's Message
